We would like to ask our colleagues across the security industry for their support with an important piece of research.

We are currently conducting an anonymous survey focused on bullying and professional misconduct within the security field, not only in workplace environments, but also across professional spaces such as conferences, training programs, associations, and online forums.

This is not about assigning blame. It is about understanding patterns that may impact:

  • leadership and decision-making
  • psychological safety
  • professional standards
  • and ultimately, operational effectiveness

We have already received valuable insights, and broader participation will help build a clearer and more meaningful understanding of these experiences across the industry.

Who can participate?

Anyone with experience in the security industry.

Survey details

  • Completely anonymous (no names, emails, IP addresses, or identifying data are collected)
  • Takes approximately 10–15 minutes
  • Participants may skip any question or stop at any time

Why this matters

If you have worked in this field, your perspective is important.
Even a single response contributes to identifying patterns that are often difficult to address openly.

Take part or share

If you are willing to participate, or to share this with others in your network, we would greatly appreciate your support.
